Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) that acts as a facilitator in the development of Indonesian Capital Market with a vision "To be a Competitive Stock Exchange with Credibility Level World. " In order to support business operations and development of Indonesian Capital Market, we are looking for professionals who are competent and interested in developing themselves in the field of Capital Markets for the position:

 

Unit Staff Regulations - Law (code: SP-HKM)

To review Exchange rules, do the analysis and preparation of legal opinions related to issues associated with Exchange rules and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

     * Male, age maximum 25 - 30 years
     * S1 Law with GPA min 3.00 (scale of 4)
     * Minimum of 1 year with the field work that requires analysis and understanding of law and preferably with experience in the preparation of regulations (legal drafting)
     * Able to communicate in the Indonesian language and Bahasa (active)
     * Have strong analytical and logic
     * Have a high willingness to learn
     * Able to work in a multitasking
     * Ductile / Persistent in the works
     * Able to work in teams
